On 7th November 2018, Women for Women International( WfWI) Rwanda in partnership with 10 CSOs has officially launched TWICECEKA Activity ( Let Us Speak Up) which is funded by USAID.This activity aimed at strengthening Rwandan CSOs and Government to effectively prevent and respond to GBV. Women for Women International(WfWI) Rwanda has since May 2018 implementing TWICECEKA Activity ( Let Us Speak Up) and has since June identified 10 natioanal CSOs including KEEPCARE Rwanda to partner with for effective implementation of the same project.
Since then the focus has been on capacity building including NGO Management and operations; Project development and implementation; Gender Equality & GBV ; Outreach and Cooperative Advocacy. This resulted into establishment of a network offering an important venue for WfWI
Rwanda and identified CSOs to forge practical strategies to effectively prevent and respond to GBV in Rwanda.

After launching TWICECEKA Activity ( Let Us Speak Up) officially, the next step is to submit project proposal not later than 21st November 2018 for winning grants to implement the activity
